Far Cry 6 social media contest & influencer collab

We had the pleasure of collaborating with Ubisoft Canada on a social media contest project promoting Far Cry 6. The game publisher reached more potential gamers with a 360-degree social media and television offensive, resulting in massive engagement for the Far Cry franchise ahead of the launch of its sixth installment.

Ubisoft wanted to take content creation to the next level to further engage its audience for the release of Far Cry 6. We’re pleased that Ubisoft called upon our team of creative wizards to bring their vision to life and to add sparks of ingenuity and fun (which characterize our approach to content creation).

Far Cry® 6 immerses players in the adrenaline-fueled world of a modern guerrilla revolution. As the dictator of Yara, Antón Castillo intends to restore his nation to its former glory by any means necessary, with his son, Diego, at his side. Become a guerrilla and annihilate their regime.

Creative process

We were able to take a multi-channel view of the project, creating custom Far Cry 6 consoles, several videos and two cross-Canada social media contests. In addition, we also filmed a short video with field hockey player Alexander Romanov, capturing his impressions of Far Cry 6 to appeal to both field hockey fans and the gaming community.

Contests on Facebook and Instagram social networks featured the Far Cry 6 brand. To that end, we wrote each copy of the contest posts in a vocabulary associated with Far Cry 6 elements.
