Production Coordinator

You are a person known for your rigor and organization? You know how to manage several projects at the same time? This job is for you.

You organize the production of our creations with the manufacturers. You work closely with the artists to ensure quality and delivery on time. You track the projects with clients in collaboration with the business developer. You are responsible for the development and the respect of the deadlines as well as the management of the budgets allocated to the production. You take care of the supplier-related administrative tasks such as the entry and the classification of the invoices and you make sure of their payment.

Main tasks :

Establish production schedules in collaboration with internal teams
Track production and deliveries every day and inform internal and external stakeholders (suppliers and clients)
Ensure the quality control of productions
Manage rigorously the budgets allocated to the various productions
Update inventory lists
Produce a complete and detailed report after each production
Raise production issues and make recommendations
Look for new suppliers
Prepare bids and compare bids from different suppliers
Participate actively in the shared tasks of the every day life of the studio

The plusses :

Experience of image editing tools (adobe suite)
Interest and knowledge of entertainment and video game industries

Job requirements :

3 years of relevant experience in physical item production
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects at the same time
Experience with project management methodologies
Excellent priority management, planning and organization
Excellent French and English, spoken and written
Creativity, flexibility, initiative management and solution-oriented
Autonomous, enthusiastic, team player
Strong experience of MS Office Suite
Possible travels in Canada/USA/Europe/China
